Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle invoice processing and vendor relations. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy across multiple systems while meeting strict month-end deadlines.Process invoices in Coupa and Oracle AP; identify correct GL accounts/billing strings.

Research invoice issues via Oracle/Discoverer and perform audits

Create and upload journal entries; assist with month, quarter, and year-end close.

Manage vendor invitations and maintenance via the Vendor Management Portal.

Monitor AP mailboxes to meet SLAs and respond to auditor/management requests.

Assist with staff training and process documentation.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP).

Experience: 1-2 years in accounting preferred.

Education: High School Diploma required; Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Soft Skills: Self-starter able to meet strict deadlines under pressure.

Excellent  verbal/written communication for interacting with the Restaurant Support Center and management.

Mindset: High sense of urgency regarding month-end goals and a positive, customer-service-oriented team attitude.
