In this pivotal role, you will be the financial "anchor" for the asset. You will work side-by-side with the Property General Manager and Board of Directors, while reporting directly to the CFO. This is a rare opportunity to manage a dedicated team while remaining deeply involved in the strategic financial health of a major real estate asset.
salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Oversee all onsite accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Perform and review bank reconciliations
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed reporting to management and the Board
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper account classifications
- Partner with the General Manager and Board of Directors on financial matters and budgeting
- Prepare, present, and manage the annual property budget
- Assist with annual audits and year-end processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
