This is a strictly administrative, back-office role focused on a deep-dive audit of child care documentation. They need a 'technical expert' who can navigate DRDP, DESSA, and ERS paperwork with total precision.
You’ll be responsible for the daily review of health and social service records, staff development files, and ratio logs to ensure everything is 100% complete and audit-ready. If you have a background in Early Childhood or After-School Program administration and you’re the type of person who actually enjoys getting files organized and compliant, this is a perfect short-term hit. If you have any questions email Jessica at jessica.schutter@randstadusa.com.
*If you only have audit experience without the childcare or after school program experience then this will most likely be part time role instead of full time. Must have that experience to be considered for full time.
