Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead complex Finance transformation programs from initial definition through execution, adoption, and value realization.
- Program Governance: Partner with executive sponsors to define scope, success metrics, timelines, and resourcing for multi-phase initiatives.
- Process Excellence: Facilitate cross-functional process reviews to reduce friction points and implement Lean-driven improvements that enhance quality and scalability.
- Risk & Performance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks; establish KPIs to track delivery progress and business impact.
- Change Management: Drive operational readiness through comprehensive communication, training, and UAT coordination to ensure high adoption rates.
- Collaboration: Coordinate diverse teams and vendors in a matrixed environment to ensure total alignment and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in finance transformation, program/project management, or high-level process-driven initiatives.
- Certifications: PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Green Belt considered with significant leadership experience).
- Technical Savvy: Deep experience with enterprise Finance systems and advanced reporting/analytics platforms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to operate at both the strategic level and the execution level within complex, global organizations.
- Exceptional communicator capable of distilling complex risks into clear status updates for senior leadership.
- A transformation mindset with a relentless focus on efficiency and scalability.

Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor and de-risk multi-phase initiatives.
Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.
Lead process initiatives embedded within programs, including defining scope, success measures, and improvement opportunities.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track delivery progress, process performance and business impact.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.
Facilitate cross-functional process reviews and improvement efforts to reduce pain points.
Drive change management activities, including communication, training, UAT coordination, and operational readiness.
Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership.
