Recruiter – Manufacturing & Logistics
Location: Roseville, MN (In-Office) Pay: 24.00-26.00/hr

You will drive the recruitment cycle for essential manufacturing and logistics roles, ensuring our clients have the talent they need to succeed.
Your Impact
- High-Volume Recruiting: Execute heavy outbound calling to source talent and manage a high volume of inbound inquiries.
- Candidate Experience: Greet walk-in applicants, assist with digital applications, and conduct in-depth interviews.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Manage the "gold standard" of hiring by completing I-9s, background checks, and drug screenings.
- Platform Mastery: Utilize Randstad’s internal hiring platforms and ATS to maintain an organized, real-time candidate pipeline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience (agency/staffing preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in computer systems, MS Office, and navigating complex databases.
- Drive: Ability to stay organized while juggling competing priorities in a rapid-fire environment.
- Presence: Professional, welcoming, and confident both on the phone and in person.
- Commitment: This is a full-time, in-office role in Roseville.
