- 5+ years building stamping metal dies experience (progressive die experience preferred)

Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, and fit progressive stamping dies from start to finish
- Troubleshoot and debug tools
- Perform die maintenance, repair, and engineering changes
- Work closely with designers, programmers, and CNC machinists
- Operate manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and other toolroom equipment
- Ensure tight tolerances and high-quality standards are consistently met
- Support continuous improvement in tool build processes
- Be part of a team of experienced toolmakers and interns
- Follow Toolroom Manager instructions and production priorities
