As a Customer Service Representative, you are the central point of contact for technical precision and client success. The role requires a highly organized individual with a technical aptitude and a "customer-first" mentality. With 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer support within the manufacturing, construction, or architectural industries, you will navigate complex order specifications, analyze fabrication capabilities, and ensure our production teams are equipped to deliver high-quality results. From auditing specialized hardware orders to managing supply chain logistics, your work directly impacts the team's ability to provide seamless, high-touch service and world-class products.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, professionally routing calls and managing correspondence.
• Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure project data is organized and audit-ready.
• Administrative Support: Execute daily tasks for the leadership team to streamline the production cycle and office workflow.
• Order Auditing: Review complex client orders for technical accuracy to ensure they meet specific fabrication capabilities.
• Production Liaison: Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to provide clients with real-time updates on lead times and shipping.
• Technical Support: Guide clients through digital catalogs and software tools to help them select appropriate hardware and finishes.
• Account Management: Manage a portfolio of long-term accounts, focusing on proactive problem-solving and relationship building.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve delivery challenges and product inquiries quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
