Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of the annual operating budget and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Partner with department heads to track expenditures and provide insight into budget-to-actual performance.
• Identify trends and drivers of financial performance through deep-dive analysis of P&L components.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from the budget, providing actionable recommendations to course-correct.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards to track business health.
• Streamline financial reporting processes by automating manual workflows in Excel or BI tools.
• Ensure data integrity by reconciling data between ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and reporting modules.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate month-end accruals and adjustments.
