You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a mission-driven team, supporting high-profile global events and ensuring a large network of partners stays connected. From managing event contracts and budgets to coordinating intricate travel, your work will be essential to keeping their world-changing initiatives moving forward.

Responsibilities
- Logistics Management: Oversee end-to-end planning and real-time execution for global in-person and remote events.
- Budget Oversight: Proactively develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial alignment across multiple teams.
- Contracting & Due Diligence: Draft and negotiate event contracts and conduct required compliance checks for funded participants and vendors.
- Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, authorizations, and official invitation letters for staff and participants.
- Agreement Lifecycle: Draft, review, and process grant and contract agreements using UNF templates and Salesforce.
- Procurement & Compliance: Manage non-event procurements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational policies and flow-down terms.
- Data Management: Use Salesforce to track agreements, extract data, and prepare operational reports.
