The Role As the Office Manager, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you will be the heartbeat of the company. You’ll ensure our field teams are where they need to be, our clients are thrilled with our communication, and our administrative processes are flawless.
salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Communication Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for the office by answering phones and managing company emails. You will filter inquiries, direct urgent field issues, and maintain professional correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Financial & Operational Reporting: Run essential financial reports and manage job site costing to ensure our contracts (ranging from retail to educational facilities) remain profitable.
- Software Management: Utilize WinTeam software to manage janitorial operations, scheduling, and labor data.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate schedules for our diverse service sites across the Tri-State area.
- Office Leadership: Act as the "office generalist"—overseeing daily workflows and ensuring all staff stay on task and deadlines are met.
- Invoicing: Assist with or manage the invoicing process for our various commercial and institutional clients.
- HR Functions: Serve as the point of contact for minor HR matters, including maintaining compliance (e.g., sexual harassment training) and addressing customer-related personnel issues.
