In this role, you won’t just be filing paperwork—you’ll be the heartbeat of our employee experience. As the first point of contact for our team, you will manage the full lifecycle of employment, from launching job requisitions and facilitating New Hire Orientation to navigating complex HRIS workflows. This is a fast-paced position that requires a unique blend of "people skills" and technical "data skills." If you thrive on managing multiple priorities, maintaining high levels of confidentiality, and creating C-suite-ready presentations, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by serving as the first point of contact for employees by assisting and answering questions as needed.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, supervisors, and senior leadership, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes within Workday
- Enter job requisitions for contract and direct hire positions into Workday
- Assist in facilitation of New Hire Orientation
- Coordinate, administer and monitor HR internal communications via the company display boards to include general information, events, announcements etc.
- Utilize Learning Management System (LMS) to review, track and document compliance with required trainings
- Produce reports and presentations and provide documents, information, data analysis and tracking as needed.
- Assist in managing workers’ compensation injury claims.
- Provide HR support to California office with various HR tasks
- Order and maintain new hire swag, coordinating with vendor on pricing, stock, and availability
- Support HR team with special projects as needed
- Perform general office duties and other duties as assigned
