Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & RFP Management
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from end-to-end: research stakeholder requirements, document RFPs, and coordinate all cross-functional activities.
- Aggressively seek out and track cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate contracts, identifying potential risks while maximizing organizational benefits.
- Act as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure business requirements are met with the most optimal approach.
- Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews to address issues and exploit new opportunities.
- Provide ongoing education to internal teams on the value of purchasing policies, tools, and compliant processes.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on spend data and process metrics to proactively recommend operational improvements.
- Lead or participate in specialized project teams to address specific procurement issues and drive resolutions.
- Ensure all purchasing guidelines and standards are strictly adhered to across all lines of business.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Marketing procurement or a Real Estate background is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Coupa and contract management systems is highly preferred.
- Negotiation Mastery: Deep knowledge of purchasing contracts, legal terminology, and risk mitigation.
