We are hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator for a global firm in NYC. This is a temporary role with a start date in the next two weeks. This position will work directly with the Workday applicant tracking system but will manage all requests through the scheduling platform, GoodTime. Experience with heavy scheduling and calendar coordination is required either in talent acquisition or administration. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Global Scheduling: Manage high-volume interview scheduling (approx. 25–30 interviews per week) across multiple time zones, primarily focusing on the US, UK, and Romania.
  
  
• Systems Management: Utilize Workday ATS and GoodTime for all scheduling requests and calendar management.
  
  
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a central point of contact for recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless coordination flow.
  
  
• Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects, including updating interview prep documents and interviewer documentation.
  
  
• Communication: Maintain heavy internal communication via Slack and the Google Suite.
