- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial planning and business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency is required (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
- Experience with (or ability to quickly learn) SAP, HFM, PLN, SQL, Oracle, Hyperion, or Smartview.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models and handle large data sets.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a "can-do" attitude toward implementing change.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages ensuring total compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with department heads to gather data, build projections, and monitor budget adherence.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze operational workflows to identify cost-reduction opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Financial Modeling: Build robust models for scenario analysis and investment evaluation to support long-term business planning.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs; develop executive dashboards to visualize the organization’s financial health.
