Responsibilities
As an Operational Specialist within the Global Fund Custody Group, you will be the backbone of the fund services division. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of collateral—including broadly syndicated, middle market, and private bank loan assets—ensuring our internal partners and clients receive world-class service.
- Trade Management: Track and manage the lifecycle of pending and settled bank loan trades with precision.
- Reporting Excellence: Generate and deliver comprehensive daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients.
- Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy through meticulous booking and reconciliation of account activity.
- Stakeholder Support: Act as a primary point of contact for internal requests, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- SLA Compliance: Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements to maintain the high standards of the GFC business line.
