Responsibilities

• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the professional "voice" of the company, handling high volumes of incoming calls from residential and commercial clients.
  
  
• Client Intake: Gather critical details regarding refrigeration emergencies, routine maintenance, or equipment failures with empathy and precision.
  
  
• Status Updates: Proactively communicate with customers regarding technician ETAs, delays, or parts availability to manage expectations effectively.
  
  
• Conflict Resolution: Address customer concerns or scheduling frustrations with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
