- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, residential leasing, or the hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bonus: Experience with Yardi or knowledge of Fair Housing/Landlord-Tenant Law.
- Attributes: A professional demeanor, a self-motivated work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Adaptability: A quick learner who can easily incorporate new processes and technologies into their daily workflow.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License.
- This is a professional office role that requires the use of standard equipment (computers, phones, copiers).
- The role is active: you will be expected to walk the property for tours and inspections, which may involve bending, crouching, or climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and organize office supplies and files is required.

Responsibilities
- Resident Excellence: Provide world-class customer service, ensuring all resident inquiries are addressed with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Operational Support: Manage the lifecycle of tenant work orders—from initial request and dispatching to tracking and follow-up.
- Administrative Backbone: Handle general office correspondence, maintain accurate digital records, and manage complex spreadsheets with speed and precision.
- Data Integrity: Perform daily data entry tasks and assist in maintaining office systems.
- Community Engagement: Contribute to property goals by assisting with resident retention programs, community events, and leasing administrative tasks.
- General Support: Support the Property Manager with day-to-day administrative projects and ad-hoc requests as the business needs evolve.
