• 3-5 years of related experience in credit or collections
• Ability to work under general instruction to meet expected outcomes

Responsibilities

• Credit Evaluation: Approving or disapproving credit extensions based on pre-established guidelines.
• Collections Management: Handling past-due payments with a focus on professional, courteous, and prompt resolution to ensure high AR turnover.
• Financial Reporting: Analyzing and reporting on write-off activities and communicating credit concerns to senior management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Sales, Credit Managers, and other stakeholders to strategize on delinquent accounts and customer status.
