Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate Fit Blocks: Develop and update fit blocks that balance design intent with fabric performance and manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Design to translate high-level aesthetics into commercially viable styling details.
- Lead the Process: Conduct fit sessions, establish body target measurements, and provide clear, actionable feedback to global production locations.
- Production Liaison: Act as the technical bridge between Design, Product Development, and our source base to resolve bulk production challenges.
- Drive Milestones: Manage "Go-to-Market" timelines, ensuring all sampling and approvals align with our seasonal calendar.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in apparel fit execution (specifically Women’s denim/non-denim bottoms, jackets, and tops).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or 7+ years of equivalent pattern-making training/experience).
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Gerber Accumark, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM. Experience with 3D Fit Development programs is a major plus.
- Pattern Skills: Strong background in manual or CAD pattern-making and grading; ability to direct corrections to contractor pattern work.
- Global Mindset: Proven ability to forge strong partnerships with overseas technical teams to ensure quality execution.

Reporting to the Director of Fit and Product Development, you will lead the seasonal execution of style and fit development. You’ll leverage fit intelligence and competitive research to innovate new silhouettes and optimize our existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit Block Development: Create and maintain fit blocks by integrating fabric knowledge, construction techniques, and design aesthetics. Ensure all products meet standards for cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design to translate aesthetic concepts into commercially viable products for mass production. Work with Garment Developers to apply approved blocks to seasonal lines and oversee bulk production approvals.
- Quality & Execution: Lead competitive fit reviews, establish body target measurements, and evaluate samples. Act as the primary liaison between Design, Product Development, and the source base to solve technical production issues.
- Fittings & Communication: Lead garment fittings, documenting and communicating precise style and fit comments to global production locations.
- Project Management: Manage "Go to Market" milestones by integrating internal and external stakeholder timelines. Stay current on contractor technical capabilities and equipment innovations.
