PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze historical data to identify errors or inconsistencies in the numbers.
- Perform cashiering duties and handle the secure movement of client money.
- Manage the daily operations queue for the company.
- Assist with the setup and onboarding of new client accounts.
- Process incoming invoices and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
- A 2024-2026 college graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Excel skills are a must, specifically the ability to use Pivot Tables and V-lookups.
- Previous experience with data analysis is preferred, especially within financial services, but we are flexible for the right candidate.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to spot when data does not seem correct.
- A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced operations environment.
salary: $26 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
