Position Overview
- Location: Irvine, CA 92618 (On-site)
- Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Normal business hours; TBD)
- Communication: A customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to spend the day standing/walking and comfortably lift up to 30 lbs.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and a High School Diploma or GED.
- Requirements: Flexibility to work overtime as needed and a willingness to undergo standard security clearance protocols.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
As the primary "go-to" person for site operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Mail & Courier Operations: Manage the receiving, tracking, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing items (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
- Warehouse & Shipping: Lead dock operations, verify incoming freight against packing lists, and ensure all parcels are securely packed and labeled for transport.
- Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for customer requests via email, phone, and in-person, delivering exceptional service.
- Site Support: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform routine equipment upkeep, and contribute to the evolution of the Site Procedure Guide.
