As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our cash flow management, ensuring accuracy, building relationships with our clients, and maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
salary: $22 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities
- Processing & Billing: Verify, prepare, and process invoices, ensuring high accuracy and timely distribution to clients.
- Cash Application: Post, balance, and reconcile customer payments (checks, ACH, and credit cards) to the general ledger daily.
- Collections & Client Communication: Proactively manage past-due accounts via phone and email while maintaining positive, professional relationships with clients.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer inquiries with a high degree of tact and accuracy.
- Reporting & Close: Assist the broader accounting team with the month-end and year-end close processes, including aging reports and account reconciliations.
