The Role As a key member of our finance team, you will drive financial reporting accuracy and support the coordination of month- and year-end closings. Beyond the routine, you will contribute to critical initiatives regarding accounting policy and process optimization. Proven ability to self-direct, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across departments is required for this job. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience navigating complex accounting environments is also required along with a Bachelor's degree.
salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Prepare Financial Statements for multiple companies
- Supervise credit card processing and reconciling/reporting fixed assets
- Review and verify payroll taxes, assist with property tax and multi-state sales tax reporting; 1099's
- Reconcile general ledger for multiple companies
- Reconcile and file all taxes; report to the Controller
- Ensure timely monthly and year end close
