- Keep Things Running: Perform basic repairs to plumbing, lighting, and hardware.
- Maintain the Grounds: Support the upkeep of tennis courts, turf areas, sidewalks, and fencing.
- Master the Equipment: Operate utility vehicles, tractors, and power tools to manage seasonal needs and debris.
- Support the Club: Assist with event setup/breakdown and conduct routine safety inspections.

Responsibilities
● Perform general maintenance and labor tasks across the facilities and grounds ● Assist with basic plumbing, lighting, fixtures, and hardware repairs ● Support tennis court maintenance, including clay court upkeep after training ● Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
● Assist with room and event setup and breakdown
● Maintain restrooms, locker rooms, common areas, and athletic spaces ● Support outdoor upkeep including sidewalks, fencing, driveways, courts, and turf areas
● Clear debris and manage seasonal outdoor needs
● Operate equipment such as utility vehicles, tractors, and basic power tools ● Track completed work and communicate issues to the facilities manager ● Conduct/assist with HVAC inspections and change filters as needed ● Perform on call duties as needed/assigned
● Ensure the environment is safe and working properly
● Perform other duties as assigned
● Follow all safety standards and procedures
