What You’ll Do You will report to the Facilities Manager and ensure all spaces are safe, clean, and fully functional for our members and guests.
- General Maintenance: Perform basic plumbing, lighting, fixture, and hardware repairs.
- Grounds Upkeep: Support tennis court maintenance (including clay courts), clear debris, and manage seasonal outdoor needs for sidewalks and turf.
- Facility Support: Assist with event setup/breakdown and maintain locker rooms and open spaces.
- Equipment & HVAC: Operate utility vehicles and power tools; conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed.
- Safety & Inspections: Conduct routine inspections, follow safety standards, and track completed work.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or general labor experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of building systems; ability to work from ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license required. EPA 608 or TN HVAC mechanical licensure is highly preferred for advanced-level placement.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and remain available for occasional after-hours emergency needs.
- Level I (Entry/Developing): $21.50 – $23.00/hr
- Level II (Experienced/Independent): $23.50 – $26.50/hr
- Level III (Senior/Lead-Capable): $27.00 – $29.00/hr

Responsibilities

● Perform on call duties as needed/assigned
