Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience in a multi-entity environment.
- Technical Skills: * Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy.

Full-Cycle Processing
- Invoice Management: Code, review, and process invoices across multiple entities, managing a high-volume flow of 150+ invoices daily.
- Systems Accuracy: Enter all billing data into the AP systems with an emphasis on proper General Ledger (GL) account and department coding.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries; research and resolve discrepancies regarding payment status promptly.
- Disbursements: Facilitate the weekly check run and assist in the recording of daily payments and cash sheet updates.
- Credit Card Administration: Partner with company credit cardholders to ensure all transactions are documented and coded correctly.
- Cycle Management: Own the AP lifecycle through the month-end close process.
- Electronic Payments: Process electronic payments with accurate allocations.
- Reconciliations: Collaborate with the wider accounting team to support account reconciliations by providing backup for posted AP transactions.
- Policy Enforcement: Act as a guardian of company expense policies; provide guidance and training to non-finance staff to improve organization-wide compliance.
