Randstad has an immediate opening for an Order Management Specialist for a distribution company in Kennesaw, GA.  This position acts as the gatekeeper of the order lifecycle—ensuring every order is accurate, compliant, and documented correctly for international transit. Responsibilities

• Audit Incoming Orders: Review all incoming purchase orders (POs) for accuracy in pricing, quantity, and product specifications according to established company policies.
  
  
• Policy Enforcement: Serve as the primary point of contact for enforcing "Order Rules" (e.g., minimum order quantities, lead times, or freight terms), escalating discrepancies to sales reps or management when necessary.
  
  
• Workflow Management: Manage the release of orders to the warehouse, ensuring picking tickets are printed and prioritized based on urgency and shipping schedules.
  
  
• Freight Administration: Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to generate and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), ensuring all legal and customs requirements are met for overseas shipments.
  
  
• Data Integrity: Maintain precise data entry within the ERP or inventory management system to ensure inventory levels and shipping records remain 100% accurate.
  
  
• Inquiry Resolution: Provide high-level support for customer and rep inquiries regarding product availability, "order-to-ship" timelines, and real-time order status.
