Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Execute the complete hiring lifecycle, from initial talent identification and rigorous vetting to successful new-hire integration.
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Consult directly with internal leadership to analyze staffing gaps and architect data-driven headcount growth strategies.
- Multichannel Talent Discovery: Deploy advanced sourcing methodologies across diverse digital platforms, professional networks, and proprietary databases to engage passive and active talent.
- Candidate Advocacy & Experience: Curate a seamless, professional journey for all applicants, ensuring brand integrity and high engagement at every touchpoint.
- Data Management & Analytics: Oversee internal database integrity and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize hiring efficiency and reporting.
- Regulatory Alignment: Maintain strict adherence to regional labor regulations and internal operational protocols to mitigate organizational risk.
- Ecosystem Development: Cultivate and nurture external partnerships with educational institutions and professional organizations to build long-term talent pipelines.
- Operational Optimization: Work alongside HR leadership to refine recruitment workflows and contribute to broader organizational design initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry shifts and emerging talent acquisition technologies to ensure the firm maintains a competitive edge in the labor market.
