Responsibilities

TA Level 3 will support the Maxit with BetaNext project: Strategic platform for cost basis processing and reporting 

TA Level 2 will support the Broadridge 3.0 project: Modernizing tax reporting capabilities for regulatory accuracy and scale 

The initiative is production-bound, regulatory-sensitive, and require accuracy, reconciliation, testing rigor, and delivery discipline.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting requirement validation for tax reporting and cost basis workflows 
• Executing and reviewing UAT and parallel testing for vendor outputs 
• Documentation and procedure writing and updates, procedure creation
• Validating data accuracy against IRS reporting and cost basis rules 
• Supporting reconciliation between legacy platforms, vendor platforms, and downstream consumers 
• Identifying, documenting, and resolving defects and data issues 

Qualifications:

• Direct experience in tax reporting or cost basis within financial services, ideally in brokerage securities or investment operations
• Experience working with corporate actions, wash sales, and step-up cost basis
• Must understand how data translates between the prior system and new system
• Hands-on execution-focused background (not policy or advisory roles); comfortable reviewing large data sets and challenging results from knowledge perspective; quick onboard-and-deliver roles rather than month-long ramp-up 
• Highly Preferred: Prior interaction with Maxit/Broadridge platform
