Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a paperless environment and has direct experience using BlackLine to streamline accounting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for all corporate bank accounts; investigate and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding items in a timely manner.
- Balance Sheet Management: Take full ownership of assigned balance sheet accounts, including the preparation of monthly roll-forwards and schedules.
- Month-End Close: Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes by preparing and posting journal entries and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Process Optimization: Utilize BlackLine modules (Account Reconciliations, Task Management) to automate manual processes and enhance the audit trail.
