We are seeking a Executive Assistant to serve as a vital strategic partner to our leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will do much more than manage calendars; you will act as the primary bridge between our C-suite and key global stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and alignment across our most critical business objectives.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple executives, prioritizing critical business needs.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, agendas, and expense reports.
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders (customers, agencies, auditors, vendors) Prepare, edit, and manage high-quality presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and offsite events
- Track and follow up on key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Support legal and financial documentation processes, including contracts and approvals
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts
- Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants when required
