You will join the Order to Cash (OTC) organization, playing a critical role in global revenue streams for a leader in the film, television, and digital streaming space.
The Mission As a Customer Master Data Analyst, you are the global gatekeeper for customer records. You will manage the end-to-end setup and maintenance of records in ERP and sales systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple international divisions.

Responsibilities
- Data Integrity: Create and maintain global customer master records across all revenue streams and divisions.
- System Maintenance: Perform daily updates, modifications, and extensions to customer credit records in SAP/Oracle and external sales systems.
- Compliance & Tax: Manage sensitive tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form 6166) and update withholding tax rates on customer accounts.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Governance to ensure adherence to global setup standards.
- Reporting: Manage watch reports to track customers with adverse financial or credit-related events.
- Leadership: Train and onboard new team members on setup forms, tools, and standardized processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or customer service within an accounting or sales environment.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (must be able to perform Pivot Tables and V-Lookups).
- ERP Familiarity: Prior experience with SAP or Oracle is a major plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Advertising, Media buying, or the Media industry is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work swiftly in high-volume environments, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
