- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Recent experience with EPIC software and surgical scheduling workflows is required.
- Proven ability to verify medical insurance and manage prior authorization processes.
- Communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in cardiology or specialty procedural scheduling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
