While this role is 100% remote, we require candidates to live in the DFW area to maintain a pulse on the local market and occasionally attend regional team meet-ups. The Role
You won't just be filling seats; you’ll be the engine driving our warehouse operations. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a candidate—from the initial "hello" to their first day on the warehouse floor.
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (Staffing agency experience is a huge plus).
- Location: You must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), and social media sourcing.
- The "Hustle": A sense of urgency and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.

- Remote Work: Skip the I-35 and 75 traffic. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home.
- Growth: We value internal promotion and provide the tools you need to level up your career if internal positions open.
- Culture: Even though we’re remote, we stay connected through collaborative tools and local DFW team outings.
