We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager, Estimating Coordinator that can handle office operations, financials, AND perform material takeoffs from blueprints. This is a key role in our company and requires someone who understands both the administrative and estimating side of construction.



salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping using Quickbooks (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations)
• Prepare and assist with AIA billing
• Perform accurate material takeoffs from blueprints and floor lans (REQUIRED)
• Work with estimating software (experience with Callidus or similar is a plus)
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and project managers
• Track job progress and assist with project documentation
• Maintain organized records and office systems
• Coordinate calendar management and schedule client appointments
• Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing correspondence, and assisting with project documentation
• Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette
