Responsibilities
- Technician Scheduling: Strategically schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance, and emergencies.
- Operational Optimization: Monitor the daily schedule to minimize travel time and maximize the number of service calls completed.
- Technician Collaboration: Provide technicians with necessary job details, updates, and support while they are in the field.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Adjust schedules on the fly to accommodate emergency calls or delays in the field.
- Logistical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, real-time records of service call statuses and technician locations within the system.
- Administrative Support: Assist with closing out service tickets and ensuring all parts/labor are documented for billing.
