Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive support team to manage scheduling, travel logistics, and seamless day-to-day operations for the President & CEO
- Act as a key point of contact for high-profile guests, patrons, and stakeholders, delivering flawless, high-touch professional service over the phone and in person
- Drive efficiency by processing monthly expense reports, managing correspondence, coordinating special projects, and keeping the office running
