Responsibilities
- Ship purchase orders to customers.
- Maintain inventory database on shipments and Salesforce.com.
- Support customer requests on order.
- Maintain console inventory records on loan (location / last time shipped).
- Escalate urgent customer concerns to management or sales leadership as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely customer responses.
- Document customer interactions and follow-up activities in Salesforce.com.
- Route customer concerns, technical questions, or sales opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
- Resolve basic customer issues and provide status updates when appropriate.
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding orders, shipments, product questions, and service needs.
- Answer customer questions received through phone calls or emails regarding orders, shipments, products, and service support.
- T.Ox consoles, sensors, and manufacturing support.
- Assist with marketing and sales support needs.
