We are a major global entertainment studio looking for a DCS Account Manager, Client Services to oversee client accounts, digital/physical workflows, and sales servicing for diverse global media markets (including Free, Basic, Pay TV, and VOD).
What We Are Looking For
The Essentials:
- Education: BA / BS degree.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated TV sales servicing experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of international TV material distribution, digital/tape formats, and current media technology trends.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel is a must , along with the ability to navigate database reporting and general office systems.
- Language: Professional English fluency (International languages are a huge plus!).
- Customer-Centric: Deeply dedicated to meeting the expectations of both internal teams and external clients.
- Problem Solver: Uses logic to tackle difficult technical or logistical challenges with effective solutions.
- Autonomous & Agile: Comfortable making decisions with limited supervisory input, managing strict deadlines, and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Client Partnership & Contract Strategy (20%): Serve as the key bridge between international clients, licensors, and sales teams. You'll analyze contracts (start orders, term sheets, deal memos) to authorize, track, and ensure the seamless delivery of all programming materials.
- Technical Asset & Materials Mastery (40%): Research and coordinate the delivery of digital media elements (video, audio, subtitles, metadata, artwork) into our distribution ecosystems. You’ll troubleshoot manufacturing delays, technical rejections, and shipping hiccups like a pro.
- Vendor & System Logistics (30%): Prioritize work orders, manage vendor performance, and maintain flawless data integrity across internal business systems and distribution databases.
- Special Operations Initiatives (10%): Collaborate on cross-functional matrix teams for special projects, info sessions, and team-building exercises.
- Create and prepare content packages for delivery
- Position specifically supports the Latin America team - One of the primary accounts covered is described as one of the biggest Latin America clients.
Language requirements: - Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese are considered a strong plus
