Responsibilities
- Calendar & Movement Management: Coordinate the President & CEO’s daily schedule, issue invitations, resolve conflicts, and ensure engagements run on time.
- Briefing & Preparation: Partner with advisors and staff to collate and organize vital briefing materials for all meetings.
- Travel Logistics: Arrange complex domestic and international travel, build itineraries, and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Office & Communications: Manage the physical/remote office, host visitors, screen calls, and draft/monitor urgent written and electronic correspondence.
- Board & External Liaison: Support timely engagement with Board Trustees and manage commitments with external international institutions.
- Finances & Administration: Reconcile expense reports, maintain accurate contact files, and order office supplies.
- Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (based on skills, experience, and equity).
