• Drive Process Excellence: Manage monthly utility, sewer, and quarterly property tax workflows; resolve discrepancies with service providers with absolute precision.
  
  
• Champion Procurement Operations: Direct the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle by creating purchase orders, validating cost centers, and managing new vendor setups within specialized procurement systems.
  
  
• Optimize Team Workflows: Oversee electronic mailbox pipelines, coordinate supply ordering across departments, and support seamless credit card reimbursement processing.
