We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to optimize and manage our vibrant office space in Princeton, NJ. In this dynamic role, you will drive operational excellence by transforming everyday workplace management into seamless experiences for our teams.
Key Responsibilities & Growth Opportunities
- Space Planning & Floorplan Management: Maintain and standardize North American office floorplans. Master workplace data systems by managing employee seating data, neighborhoods, and conference room booking access.
- Office Launches & Logistics: Assist with space planning for new locations, including layouts and assigned seating. Coordinate office moves by collaborating with cross-functional support teams and resolving employee workflows.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Collect, convert, and consolidate regional energy data from invoices. Verify documentation accuracy and participate in sustainability review meetings to drive green initiatives.
- Workplace Documentation: Author and update standardized workplace guidebooks and "How To" resources for regional offices.
- Building Operations: Enter work orders, monitor shared inboxes, and adjust building systems, including lighting and HVAC, to ensure a comfortable work environment.
- 3+ years of proven proficiency in floorplan data management, space planning software, or ticketing workflows.
- High attention to detail with experience compiling data or verifying invoices.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of coordinating moves or facility projects.
