Your Impact and Growth Opportunities:
As our Assistant Facilities Manager, you will lead a team of five facilities professionals, driving operational excellence across our flagship campus while providing remote support to regional offices across North America. You will transform daily tasks into strategic contributions by:
- Leading & Mentoring: Directing a 5-person facilities services team, cultivating a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and safety.
- Spearheading Projects: Coordinating end-to-end construction and relocation initiatives—managing vendor synchronization, project meetings, procurement, and contract routing.
- Mastering the Vendor Lifecycle: Managing vendor onboarding, purchase order entry, contract administration, and invoice processing while providing spend data to support the budget process.
- Upholding Campus Standards: Conducting weekly facility inspections to resolve deficiencies, overseeing digital work ticket management, and managing setups for corporate events.
- Driving Sustainability: Administering our employee EV charging program, managing user registration, and scaling on-site operational guidelines.
- 5+ years of proven experience in corporate facilities management, property management, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide, support, and elevate a team.
- Robust financial acumen with experience in contract routing, PO entry, and invoice processing.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a commitment to maintaining premium corporate standards.
