Randstad is supporting a global financial firm who is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to act as a strategic powerhouse and the go-to expert for our global compensation initiatives.
This isn’t a backend data-crunching role. As an experienced sole contributor, you will have a seat at the table. You will directly influence business leaders, design competitive compensation structures, and build holistic programs that impact our global workforce. From diving deep into advanced analytics to launching innovative solutions in Workday, your work will directly shape our talent strategy.

Responsibilities
- Manage a 50/50 blend of tactical system maintenance (e.g., job catalog cleanup in Workday) and high-level strategic compensation design.
- Lead and support core cyclical processes including market studies, pay equity, pay transparency, job pricing, and annual performance reviews.
- Partner with large-corp stakeholders and senior management on compensation design principles, regulations, and organizational changes.
- Utilize advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to analyze program competitiveness, model financial impacts, and adjust salary structures.
- Deliver creative solutions across base pay, global bonus structures, and sales/executive compensation; specifically help build out new office salary structures from scratch.
- Maintain and optimize the global Common Role Framework, testing and utilizing Workday across international locations.
- Drive end-to-end project communication, developing tools, educational materials, and resources to ensure a seamless experience for managers and HR partners.
