Responsibilities
- Culture & Engagement: Champion employee engagement, manager effectiveness, and team development initiatives to foster a healthy, high-performing workplace culture.
- Talent Development: Coordinate targeted training programs that boost workforce capabilities, elevate leadership skills, and drive competitive advantage.
- Compliance & Policy: Oversee and update HR policies, procedures, and handbook guidelines to ensure continuous alignment with shifting business needs and employment laws.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, leveraging technology and process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
- Workforce Strategy: Partner with department leaders to analyze staffing requirements, identify skill gaps, and consult on workforce planning and compensation.
- Talent Acquisition: Own the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding experience, from crafting job postings and screening candidates to seamless new hire integration.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain precise, secure employee records across digital and physical platforms, strictly upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Employee Relations: Act as a accessible, trusted advisor for staff and leadership, providing guidance on HR inquiries and facilitating fair resolutions for workplace matters.
- Benefits Administration: Manage day-to-day benefits programs, assisting employees with enrollment and ensuring compliance reporting for 401(k), workers’ compensation, and the ACA.
