We are seeking a PAC & Grassroots Advocacy Coordinator for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity based out of Capitol Hill/Union Station area. This newly created role is a unique blend of campaign fundraising, event project management, and grassroots mobilization.

- Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (dependent on experience)
- Format: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday & Wednesday in DC; 1x a month in MD)

Responsibilities
- Handle daily data entry and administrative tasks for PAC operations. Track donations, maintain database records, process compliance paperwork, update the PAC website, and mail donor thank-you packages.
- Provide administrative support for major legislative summits and board meetings. Manage registration lists, format slide decks, compile materials, and coordinate schedules with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain advocate contact databases, distribute email campaigns, track engagement metrics, and handle logistics for virtual webinars and town halls.
- Serve as the admin contact for professional workgroups. Schedule meetings, distribute agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Maintain confidentiality across all admin tasks, representing the association's policy goals objectively.
