Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing Leadership
- Execute Growth Strategy: Direct all residential sales and leasing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of communities to maximize revenue.
- Cultivate High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage the sales and leasing staff, fostering a culture of accountability, peak performance, and top-tier customer service.
- Optimize Absorption: Accelerate community lease-ups and velocity for new home sales through targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate on Growth: Partner with executive leadership to establish accurate sales forecasts, leasing models, pricing structures, and marketing budgets.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends to provide actionable recommendations on product positioning, community amenities, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Elevate Digital Presence: Oversee the execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and online branding efforts.
- Unify Brand Messaging: Define and maintain cohesive brand standards across all residential touchpoints, including model homes, leasing centers, and promotional materials.
- Drive New Openings: Spearhead the comprehensive sales and marketing rollout for new community launches, model homes, and leasing offices.
- Refine Lead Management: Build and optimize sales workflows, CRM utilization, and lead-tracking systems to boost conversion rates.
