Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $23 - $26.57 per hour

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage print services activities (statements, letters, digital delivery) 
• Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before payment 
• Perform allocations and chargebacks to different bank groups 
• Create expense projections based on rate times volume analysis 
• Generate reports using multiple database tools and systems 
• Analyze postage and mailing operations data 
• Generate monthly reports that are shared with Print Services management and various partners.
• Perform monthly and cycle based billing activities, validating volume and financial data, producing recurring and ad hoc financial and volume reviews, and supporting forecast change reviews for Print Services
• Creates, validates, and submits Initial and Final CVR filings, including required adjustments and re submissions, and performs detailed job volume analysis, exception research, and data reloads following CVR resolution.
• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
