A degree is preferred, but not required and you need at least 3 years of management experience.  Experience in construction is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct contract administration and project coordination from initial design through project completion for inside and outside sales teams
  
  
• Review and process contracts,  payments, tax documents, and supporting records to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
  
  
• Manage order entry, installation scheduling, and customer communications to maintain project timelines and satisfaction. 
  
  
• Support sales representatives and dealers by resolving contract, pricing, project and customer service issues. 
  
  
• Administer payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for office staff
  
  
• Assist with implementing software systems and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
  
  
• Serve as a key operational resource for staff, sales teams, dealers and customers driving efficiency and supporting revenue growth. Act as triage for HR.
