- System Integration & Onboarding: Lead the payroll data migration, configuration, and integration process for newly acquired companies into the corporate Dayforce system.
- Testing & Validation: Design and execute parallel payroll testing scripts, audit conversion data, and troubleshoot system variances to ensure 100% data accuracy before going live.
- Compliance & Architecture: Ensure all system setups strictly adhere to federal, state, and local payroll taxes, specialized deductions, complex garnishments, and overall payroll compliance fundamentals.
- Process Optimization: Partner with HR, IT, and Accounting teams to map existing payroll workflows from acquired entities into standardized corporate processes.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide hyper-care support immediately following a system launch, troubleshooting user issues and stabilizing payroll operations for the newly integrated workforce.

Responsibilities
- Support Dayforce payroll implementations for newly acquired organizations from planning to go live
- Configure and validate payroll-related system components including earnings, deductions, taxes, etc.
- Lead payroll testing and payroll balancing activities
- Identify and troubleshoot payroll configuration issues
- Coordinate migration of employee payroll into Dayforce
- Setup and validate certified payroll requirements, and assist in ensuring compliance with prevailing wage laws
- Support payroll compliance reviews and audits
- Participate in implementation meetings, status reviews and go-live support activities
